Holding a Brave Heart With Gentleness
And my heart is so full of gratitude. Those who are close to me are familiar with my morning/daily gratitude work. It has been deep these past few days and there is so much openness right now. The recent days have been RICH with experience, disappointment and triumph: layers have been shed with bravery.
Life is not about being grounded, it is about understanding the flow and the movement of the path. If you look without judgement, there is abundance. The "chaos" , the change, the movement is never still and again and again will test your response. It is important to be courageous, but hold yourself with great gentleness. For bravery and confidence are not a rigid steel, but a malleable, shifting hour glass of sand that make your feet stumble. While you catch yourself in the moving sand you realign yourself gracefully time and time again.
Life provides continual uncertainty (oh great). The minute you touch it, you understand. The moment you surrender, there is joy.
Again, your path has nothing to do with what happens to you...and everything to do with how you RESPOND to the universe. I feel the vibration this morning~
