This is the Pike Place Market, in Seattle, during a beautiful drizzly morning. It's still early, the venders are setting up their stands, and there are no tourists; just a few locals chatting and watching the setup. Seattle is a beautiful place, even with the rain and especially here with the warm colors of the neon signs reflected on the wet cobblestone pavement.
