Rococo Revival mirror (1860) was made in Philadelphia and originally belonged to Simon Cameron, Abraham Lincoln's first Secretary of War from 1860-1862.

The Candelabra is a Rococo Revival piece and is one of a pair that were owned by lawyer and statesman, Richard Rush. Rush served James Monroe as Secretary of State and was U.S Ambassador to Great Britain, 1817-1825, and to France, 1847-1849. Smithsonian Institution, Washington, D.C.
