Here's the composite photo from a 3 shot hand held underexposed IR HDR set that nicely demonstrates the concept of "information". Things have information in them and if the "thing", the source IR 3 exposure photo set for example, can be manipulated then you can use its information as a media vector. You can use the sets information creatively in other words.
By underexposing this sequence the amount of information it contains is drastically reduced. This creates an HDR composite that's nicely cartoon like. A photo that's low in information but high in cuteness.
