The mountains of the Cofete beach
The Cofete beach is a very long, wide and mysterious beach in the south of Fuerteventura, the oldest of the Canary Islands. Deserted, lonely, always with some mist in the air. In the background you can see the 800m high mountains of Jandia where clouds get caught. There are no signs of tourists or locals here, apart from the mysterious "Villa Winter", a huge old house which you can see in the top right of the picture. The conditions here are perfect for photography, specially during the sunrise/sunset hours.
