We were approached a lot in India to have our photos taken with people, especially at the Taj Mahal in Agra. Mostly, we refused and so the boys would take sneaky shots with their camera phones.
Then our guide told us that the first time he visited the Taj, he had a photo taken with two foreign women, and to this day, the picture is in a frame in pride of place in his parents' house. So when we were in Delhi at the Red Fort and the father of this family approached us, we finally said yes. And asked for a picture in return, and they happily obliged.
I've been a little AWOL from Flickr lately. I haven't taken any new photographs since I went to Tamworth in January. That bothers me.
