Not from the original photo as you could hardly see the surfer, San Diego Bay with Lomas Point across the bay, this guy went on for over an hour after he struggled up, had to fly the kite first and then crawl upon the surfboard. Hard to see how they have the coordination to fly a giant kite and stand up at the same time.
