Eyes glazed, I can only assume she could see me. This Koala was found on Mt Disappointment some three weeks after the area was devastated by bushfire in January 2009. I brought her gum leaves for two weeks, water was available. When I made the decision to remove her to a refuge off the mountain she had disappeared. In recent days, 2013, others have been spotted so just maybe she survived
