The final waterfall on our trip to the LaPaz Waterfall Gardens. There really was no place to photograph the entire falls on our walk downward. This amazing falls is the Magia Blanca - 120 feet! More moss and mist than the previous falls and the water had such a beautiful color. Templo Waterfall, the first falls in our hike. I have seen many waterfalls in Oregon, Hawaii & Colorado, but was so surprised at the amount of water and the speed of this falls in Costa Rica. This falls is 85 ft - mist was everywhere - hard to capture the beautiful!

Another of the beautiful hummingbirds at the LaPaz Waterfall Gardens. This bird, much smaller in size, is the Green Thorntail. Still a larger hummingbird that I have seen in AZ. View larger size to see the unique feather structure - looks like tiny seashells. I love hummingbirds!
