Obviously, this is a shot of the Golden Gopher, right? It is a resident of The Golden Gopher bar in Los Angeles, California where Dawnne Aubert came up with a drink which has been dubbed the "Pomodon". Unfortunately, when we visited in 2013, we were unaware of the concoction and thus didn't try it. The recipe is on the Golden Gopher website, so, I assume I won't get spanked for giving it here.
1.5 oz. Fighting Cock Bourbon
.75 oz. Lemon Juice
.25 oz. Sadaf Pomegranate concentrate
.50 oz. Simple Syrup
Shake all ingredients together and strain into an iced highball glass. Top with soda water and stir.
Garnish with a lemon wheel.
