The first time Bill saw this device in 1935, he thought it was the strangest-look roulette wheel he had ever seen and he'd seen a bunch of them. The numbers were all wrong and all the same color. There was this great big thing on a string swinging back and forth knocking little pins down. The wheel was stationary. It didn't turn a bit. And, to top it all off, nobody was placing bets!
