1. I signed up for the Marines in my sophomore year at UTM (PLC program) and attended officer boot camp at Quantico, VA for 6 wks in the summer of 1967 (Camp Upshur) and again in the summer of 1968 (mainside at Quantico). When I graduated from college in June 1969 I received my commission.
