Rocky Mountain National Park
The image was made using a Canon EOS 5D Mark III digital body and a Zeiss Makro-Planar T* 50mm/2 ZE lens, tripod mounted. From one base exposure (0 stops) made at f/8, 1/800 second, and ISO 100, six additional exposures (at -3, -2, -1, +1, +2, and +3 stops) were derived using multi-RAW processing in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. All seven exposures were then exported and combined in Nik HDR Efex Pro 2 to maximize dynamic range, with the resultant single color image edited back in Lightroom. The black and white conversion was then done in Nik Silver Efex Pro 2, with the image reimported into Lightroom for final editing.
