(patterns of what's) Happened Before
I spend a lot of time on location just waiting for the moon to rise or set just enough for the shot I'm after. After 3 hours the moon rose just enough to clear the trees and reflect in the swamp. I took 3 shots with my 17mm Tilt-Shift lens, shifting the lens horizontally to stitch together and get the ultra-wide field of view. I also tilted the lens down about 2° to get more sharpness in the foreground with the aperture wide open @ f/4
This was by far the worst mosquito experience of my life. I might be down a pint of blood after that night.
