Y Sarana, 84, is a monk at the Aung Zayer Min Monastery. The monastery is home to 205 orphans and is located in Haeing Tharyar Township on the outskirts of Yangon, Myanmar. Water coming from the Rotary-built filtration system will service the monastery, orphanage and free health clinic. The filtration system has two 600 gallon water tanks above and one 1,000 gallon tank to store water.

Rotarians Paul Netzel and J.T. Warring, from the L.A. 5 Rotary Club, visit Olive Garden Orphanage in North Hmawbi Township outside of Yangon, Myanmar. Rotary has donated a water filtration system to the orphanage that holds 2,200 gallons of potable water for the children. They use the water for drinking, eating and other needed daily uses. Olive Garden Orphanage has 40 children, six of which have gone on to college.
