Hythe Pier Railway is Britain’s oldest continuously operating electric pier train operating on 2ft gauge track which runs approx 700 yards from Hythe out to the ferry landing stage.
One of the 1917 built Brush locos is stabled outside the maintenance shed at the Hythe terminus.
In the distance the second loco can just be seen retruning from the ferry landing stage..
