"Medicine Man"
Photographer: Robert Chartier
Description: Discovered at 6,000 ft. elevation in the Laguna Mountains. This piece can be hung in either in "Landscape" orientation or "Portrait" orientation. This 100% natural image is very strong and indeed commands one's attention. I am always in sheer awe of what seams to almost find me in nature. I did not see this image as I was shooting a landscape off a mountain top. As I was reviewing my images, I accidently viewed this in portrait position, I was shocked at what I had discovered and did not first even see in the viewfinder.

This is one of several North American native pitcher plants, but I don't know which.
