Young Osprey Family
Finally after much waiting I had the opportunity to see the Osprey chicks from a good vantage point. When I 1st got there she was sitting in the nest like she was on eggs. I waited patiently for the father to return, hopefully with a fish to feed them, so they would emerge from hiding if they were even there? He showed up without a fish. Mother kept sitting there like she was on eggs....
I almost gave up, thinking they had not hatched yet...... and then I saw movement in the nest :-)
