Bakersfield #032 The Feds Are In Town This is the new Federal Courthouse on 18th Street in Bakersfield, California. While I was shooting, a fella on a bicycle stopped just to the left out of the lights. The next thing I noticed was a guy on foot with a backpack who had come from the opposite direction.
