February 2, 2013 - I wasn't quite prepared to capture these geese flying in formation; at the time my attention was focused on photographing a hot air balloon flying over the Chatfield State Park located near Littleton Colorado. I heard these geese flying in, and in a split second switched my focus from the hot airballoon to these geese. The shot isn't as in focus as I would have liked, but I'm still pleased with it considering the capture was pure luck.

February 2, 2013 - I drive past this barn every morning on my was to work. And every morning I keep telling myself that I need to stop and photograph it someday. Well, today was that 'someday'. I knew from the orientation of the barn that morning light would be the best time to photograph it. I woke up early on Saturday morning and ventured out into the dark farm field to set up for my shot. When the sun just started to peak over the horizon I captured this image. My faithful companion and partner in crime, Mattie, joined me on this venture.

Final studio setup for photograph I took of "The Omega James Bond 007 50th Anniversary Collector's Piece" limited edition wristwatch. This was framed against a 1:18th-scale model of the iconic Goldfinger Aston Martin DB5, which also appears in the 2012 movie, Skyfall. The best lighting was single-sourced from a triple-diffused strobe, synchronized to the Nikon D7000 seen here.

January 29, 2013 - The Denver Colorado region got a welcomed snow fall during the evening of the 28th, and in the morning the snow covered trees and mountains looked amazing. I took a bit of an extended lunch during my work day on the 29th to photograph some of the freshly fallen snow landscapes. The white snow contrasted by the red rocks and green pine trees inspired me to capture this scene.
