The road to Nusfjord, Norway
I've seen a couple of them nice photos before, with a straight road leading right into a mountain wall, so during my trip to Lofoten I was actively looking for such a location, and found this place.
This road leads to a small fishing village a few kilometers up ahead, named Nusfjord. The village itself is well worth a visit, but I stopped along the road to capture this photo. It's difficult to visualize how massive that stone wall actually was, and I would have liked for the road to go even further towards the wall before turning.
However, I like the lines in the mountain wall, and the beautiful autumn colors.
