It is great to see Junior members attempting semi abstract subjects, by zooming close-up. However, I presume you were planning for the blue stamens to serve as a sharp centre of interest amongst the softly rendered petals. Unfortunately you had insufficient depth of field. To rectify this you needed to have the correct technique, such as using a tripod and aperture priority settings on your camera. I liked your use of colour contrast, but some cropping on the right would have given the stamens a larger accent within the frame. Do try again!
