The photographer has composed this image well but I am not sure that this much sky is needed (although I wonder if it was intentional given the title). The placement of the structures on the right balances the distant hill and the sandy area provides a good base to the image. I'd suggest punching the colours up a little with some added saturation and vibrancy to make this image pop.
