It has not rained all the time during my walks. We had during 3 days the glorious sun in the sky only to not forget that this object exists. He he he ... I remember exactly how my little daughter asked me that day "What is that bright glowing sphere in the sky?". And I answered "This my sweetheart is called The Sun!". "Ohhhhhhhh!!!" ... No, of course no, I'm joking ;-) But I was really wondering what is going on with the weather. I was in the mountains to hike and only on 3 days I had the pleasure to be on a walk!!
So I took the opportunity to make a small hike with my kids to the lake “Partnunsee”. We were hiking for two hours when we finally reached this place on the photo! And what you see is one of my favourite medium mountains called “Scheienfluh” (2’625 Meters). The summit of this majestic and beautiful mountain is situated exactly on the state border between the Swiss Canton of Graubünden and Austria. This mountain is frequently visited by climbers and hikers! But the summit of this mountain was not our goal, because we wanted to reach the lake “Partnunsee”. About 1’869 meters altitude on the route to the summit of this mountain there is this small lake called “Partnunsee”, a crystal clear and idyllic mountain lake with a length of approximately 450 meters and 35 meters deep! This mountain exerts a magical effect on me. And every time when I see this peaks I am amazed about the mighty power of nature, even though I was here as many times as there are stars in the sky! And I cannot resist this inner drive to stand on the summit, no matter the weather. I hope you like it :-)
