March 17 I pushed pretty hard on some tax prep today, and my fears were confirmed: It's going to take a very long time to do taxes this year. On the lighter side, Emily and I got to hang out with Mr. Stancil a bit today! We had lunch at START, where Paul Slavens was jamming. Pretty sure he had hoped to play indoors, but somehow he ended up outside by the highway--not exactly the intended environment for his musical style of the day. Nonetheless, the jams were good, the food was good, and the company was good. Altogether classy lunch! Now, back to taxes.
