I was alone photographing the interior of the People's Gas Pavilion at Lincoln Park, but I kept feeling that someone was watching me.

A Lesser Photographer
On the This Week in Photo Podcast, I learned about another CJ in the Chicago area.  CJ Chilvers runs the A Lesser Photographer website and wrote the free Lesser Photographer Manifesto eBook. The book is a quick and interesting read. I think that CJ is talking to me when he talks about photographers getting too wrapped up in gear and not concentrating on creating art.  I think that you should give it a read and check out his website.
On our photo walk on Saturday, we went by a couple of my favorite locations. This is one of them. I've shot this a bunch of times during the day. This was my first time at blue hour.

I'm thinking about doing a March photo walk at the University of Chicago with Matt Frankel. We can do a Chicago Botanic Garden walk in the spring. Do you have any other ideas for photo walk locations in Chicago or surrounding areas? Let me know in the comments.

As the sun rises
Don't have any new photos, so I'm continuing to edit the photos I took during summer :) I think there are still a lot of them that deserve to be seen. As for instance this one. Taken early morning, right next to the Charles Bridge in Prague. If you ever there, and you want an original shot of the bridge, don't forget to go under it. Not many photographers do and it's worth it :)
