Bikers flock to Cherry Creek State Park. The roads are a bit rough, but it's an easy ride for lots of people.

I think that this horse is still in training, doesn't get ridden much or is just always strongheaded. The young woman riding seemed to be manageing well enough, but there was a battle of wills going on constantly. BTW, the rider is looking in the direction that she wants to go.

In the Large size, in the Light Box view you can really see the power of this beautiful animal.

That's Long's Peak in the background as the lone inline skater cruises through Cherry Creek Stat Park near sundown.

Right out the car window.

I went down to the shore later, but I think that the public picnic tables and the woman at the bottom of the frame add to this perspective. I broke the general rule of cutting the image in two. There are really two horizons here, the mountains and the lake shore. The sail boat was going away from me, otherwise I would have waited a few more seconds so that its mast wasn't cut by the shoreline. Oh well...
