One of the Icelandic delicacies is Hákarl ... basically it's Greeland shark or sleeper shark which has arsnic in its blood. To get the shark meat to stop being poisonous it gets buried in the ground for 4-5 months to ferment and dry out. It becomes edible and wallah! It smelled disgusting but tasted neither good nor bad. Kinda reminded me of Tofu!
