On a 10-day business trip to Paris, I had only one late afternoon to myself.  So after walking around shooting the city for 5 hours I finished the day at the Eiffel Tower.  It took another 2 hours to get to the top but this meant that it would be nighttime when I got back down.  How do you come up with a special angle for this often captured icon?
That morning the sun light was illuminating the flower just right for the wasp to wonder what this daylily was hiding.  I used a little vignetting in Lightroom to draw interest to the center of the flower.

Here is the Chapel of the Holy Cross among the red rocks near Sedona at sunset.  It was designed by Marguerite Brunswig Staude, a student of Frank Lloyd Wright.
