From the viewing deck of the museum, a view across Core Sound, to Cape Lookout and the lighthouse.
After leaving Ocracoke, and having a nice visit among several cousins sharing the ferry ride back to Cedar Island, Ginger and Ron stopped off at the Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center on Harker's Island. Well worth the short detour.
And again - but this group just won't behave!
And these are the grandchildren of Ben Willis and Ella Mae (Morris) Willis.
These are the "blood" Willises.
But we finally got settled and took several shots - this one of the whole assembly of 23 people. Front row, from left: Barbara, Barbara Sue, Janice, Ginger, and Lynn. Second row: Barbara, Nancy, Pat, Betty, Debra, Tamra, and Ron. Back row: Roy, Bob, Dennis, Ben, Judy, Homer, Curtis, Aaron, Garley, Mike, and Harvey. (Randy, Sarah and Kaylyn had left by this time.)
That evening at the condo, getting set up for a group shot -- like herding cats!
