PROGRESS REPORT – The demolition of the old grammar school continues, making way for the construction of a new city hall complex to house the offices of the clerk, police department and fire department. In the right corner are new signs of progress – street signs erected last week at prominent intersections over town. A contract is expected to be let for the building on the corner of W. Washington Ave. and S. Berrien St. at an early date.
