An elated return to kicking ass in the Resolution Race series. Less than two months ago, running without pain was my only goal. Today I raced 5-miles in 35:46 (7:04 per mile pace). Good enough for 19th overall and a 3rd place in my age division. Still running mile splits under 7 (6:57, mile-4). This race was hot on the heels of the New Years Day 5K (21:55, 7th place). Fast times and division awards are cool, but I’m most ecstatic about the tangible payoff from Eat Clean=Run Clean and commitment to holistic physical therapy routines.
