Flood - Gorzyce 2010 (Poland). The flood was one of the largest in Poland. The culmination of the flood wave on the Vistula River was the largest for 160 years.The cause of the flood in the province were heavy rain in May
and in June 2010. In the south of the region, and in areas of the power of rivers Vistula and Wisłok beyond the borders of the province. Rainfall caused the formation of two catastrophic flood waves on the Vistula River.
