"Cathedral Rocks and Spires in Summer" in Yosemite National Park. Driving along the valley floor in summer might bring visions of thousands of visitors to some... but there are still those places where not a single person can be seen! This is Cathedral Rocks and Spires and this clearing is an easy pull-out along the Northside drive. A perfect spot for a picnic! Rock climbers enjoy these rock to climb! I believe Lower and Higher Cathedral Spires are there in the center while Higher and Middle Cathedral Rock are on the right. Spires Gully is in the middle between the Cathedral Spires and Rocks. There is a climbing route along there aptly named "The Crucifix" that sounds like fun (you can see info on that 5.12b climb here - http://www.mountainproject.com/v/the-crucifix/106140318) Feel free to share the image and + it if you enjoy it!
