February 24 After a VERY interesting party last night, a few of us got up and met for brunch. We ate at the Old Monk, which I'd never been to before. It was pretty tasty, and a good bit of food for the money. Not bad! Charlie showed off the antenna on his Droid phone, which apparently is a "sweet" feature of the Chinese versions of phones. After brunch (and another quick car tour), Charlie and I went to the mall so he could buy some friend of his an iPhone 5, which supposedly is cheaper to buy UNLOCKED here in the states than it is in China. Then we had lunch, and I even let Charlie take a quick spin in the Tesla in a parking lot near home. AND we didn't wreck! Good day.
