This year the theme seems to be chrysanthemums, apples, pumpkins, and ornamental kale or cabbage. The color scheme in this room was white, purple, and yellow. The two visible ID signs are for the ornamental grass (Switchgrass, Panicum virgatum, a native North American plant) and flowering cabbage (Brassica oleracea 'Osaka White'; the sign misspells the species name). .
