Wings Over Hyde Park Corner
Wellington Arch, with its bronze 'quadriga', a four horse chariot of war, being visited by the angel of peace. The local time for this shot was 6:50 am. (If you're viewing the EXIF data, you'll see that my camera was still on EDT for the USA.)

There was mist in the air, and heavy dew on the ground when I walked over to Hyde Park Corner, and later Green Park, from our hotel on Piccadilly. I think there were more planes in the air than there were pedestrians in the park at that time, early on a Saturday morning.
