Thai for One
Garlic Basil Coconut rice, chicken in spicy citrus glaze, and a few red pepper flakes to balance out the glaze, which was a bit too sweet for my taste. Not a bad combination in the end, although it took some getting used to at first as there are a lot of flavors in there I wouldn't normally put together. I also used the excuse to break out the chopsticks, which I love using.
The photos of this turned out HORRID. I couldn't get the white-balance right for some reason, so this was the best salvaging I could do.
