February 11, 2013 Not sure what kind of fairy costume that is on the right, but it is most interesting. I love some of these costumes that are worn at the faire.
February 9, 2013 Walking around the faire, I noticed a young lady running across a field carefree. I had a tough time getting a shot of her as she seemed kind of camera shy. This was one of my best shots, and thought I really captured her beauty. Nikon D600, Nikon 70-200 lens.
February 9, 2012 First day of the Sherwood Forest Faire. The day was a bit cool and damp, but not bad for a February day. My first show was the Sky Kings Birds of Prey. Catching a bird in flight is one of those things you are either good at or lucky at, right now I think I am just lucky to get a shot as the one above. I used the Nikon D600 with the 70-200 f2.8 lens.
