BR Standard 7MT No. 70004 William Shakespeare in charge of the Down Golden Arrow on an unspecified date at or near Sandling.
Shorncliffe station today known as Folkestone West. Thank you to Clive Standen for identifying the location.

Additional information from Howard Brissenden: "This is Shorncliffe Station before electrification, probably in the 1950's, but the most interesting part is the chimney in the background which was part of the Folkestone power station. The Power station had a small siding connected to the bay platforms on the down side. "
