11/11/12 - Horseback riding in Monument Valley; best viewed in the larger sizes. As we were driving along a rutted road in Monument Valley, we passed these folks on horseback. I grabbed this shot as we drove by; afterwards, I really wished I'd asked our guide to stop and let me compose the picture better. Obviously, it was shot almost directly into the sun. There was a huge amount of dust in the air because of the very windy conditions. Thank you all for making my previous Monument Valley post with the yuccas the #1 shot for the day. You all have been very kind to me of late; I have certainly been in some awfully nice locations for photography. I do appreciate all the support! Have a great day! We going to go to a Desert Dog Contest; I'm hoping for some fun shots.
