The Winding Wall

Over the past year I have been photographing an estate in our area. The snow/ice gave me the opportunity to get "winter season" pictures. The owner (my neighbor) wants a seasonal collage of the home and grounds.
These iron ore walls surround parts of the guest and lake houses. They are patterned after some of the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) rockwork in Texas from the 1930's. If you are not familiar with the CCC it is a wonderful piece of Texas history and an important part of the recovery from the great depression
Thank you for your comments on the blueprint photo yesterday. It was taken on the same historic property as today's shot.
