Cascade Creek Tree Yosemite California
Stone Bridge Falls is located on Rt. 215 in western North Carolina and can be easily be viewed from the roadside. Only 20 feet in height, they consist of small cascades and short falls that drop through a series of stair stepping pools carved out of the exposed rock.
Mingo Falls, impressive at over 100 feet tall, is located just outside of Cherokee, North Carolina taken April, 2013. Consisting of a very tall series of freefalls and near vertical cascades that drop to short falls and cascades towards the bottom, these falls are a must -see if visiting in the Cherokee area. Located on Big Cove Road about 3 miles west of Cherokee, the falls can be reached by steps that lead up to the falls.
Anders Falls located off Rt. 215 in western North Carolina, taken April, 2013. At 45' in height, it is located several hundred yards beyond Smathers Falls.
