Commander In Chief 2
Stalin, FDR and Churchill meet several times to discuss the war and make plans for a post-war world.
FDR condemned international aggression and knew that Hitler and his supporters had to be stopped. Under Roosevelt's direction, Americans helped the allied forces without becoming directly involved in the war. After the devastating attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941, America listened by radio as FDR asked Congress for a declaration of war against Japan. Germany declared war against the United Staes the next day.
FDR reported on the progress of the war over the airwaves, by newspaper, and in theaters. He was the nation's leader and Americans proudly served in every capacity. Sadly, FDR died on April 12, 1945, just months before the end of the war.
