Storm
They say every cloud has a silver lining. In the case of this storm, it was gold. The storm was brewing in the town of Dali while I was shooting and I nearly finished early fearing torrential rain. Behind the Cangshan mountains the setting sun peaked below the cloud layer and it lit up gold. All images creative commons non commercial
I was actually running for cover just before I took this photo. As I ran to escape the impending downpour, I glanced over my shoulder to see a break in the cloud and some awesome light occur.
