Steph Adams - Wk 21 - Decisive Moment
This morning we had a storm front move through and the menacing clouds were still lingering. As I was coming home from dropping Savannah off at school I decided to pull into the apple orchard and photograph this old pickup against the clouds. I pulled up, put the fisheye lens on, made sure the settings were accurate, thought about the rule of thirds, studied the surroundings before getting low against the truck, snapping one shot and then I left.
Henri Cartier-Bresson once said “Your eye must see a composition or an expression that life itself offers you, and you must know with intuition when to click the camera.”
