Moonrise over Dallas Skyline
Shot yesterday when the moon was 95.8% on its waxing gibbous phase. This was taken around from 12miles away from the Dallas city to get the Dallas Skyline and to get adequate compression to see a fuller moon while the elevation compared to Earth's horizon is less than 3 degree.
So why yesterday (11/12) vs on full moon day (11/14)? Location where shot at, Skyline view and Moonrise were only possible on 11/12. Day by day, the moonrise location moves more North East, which means, the ability to shoot Moon at shorter elevation will be missed at the same spot. Hope this makes sense.
