Glamourous Fashion Experience, Nacogdoches TX

This time my beautiful wife Nini is posing in the home studio (spare bedroom). I tried to replicate the natural outdoor lighting that we got earlier in the shoot. I used a giant four foot softbox to create a very soft light source. The strobe was just above Nini’s head height, and was positioned directly behind me while I was shooting just below eye level. You can see my silhouette in the catchlight in her eye.

I processed this photo using Lightroom 4, Photoshop CS6. The light leak and vignette were created in Exposure 4, by Alienskin. I’m two days in to a free Alienskin trial and I’m a sucker for light leaks!

Thanks for all of your suggestions on what to call these beauty makeover photo sessions. I’m still toying with various phrases.

Critiques are always welcome.
