Silver Streak. Kentucky is not known for its hockey. But the Kentucky 94's have turned heads from around the country since Statewar's started. In 2008 the path included all-star teams from larger and more traditional hockey states such as North Carolina, Illinois, Pennsylvania. The team included players from Northern Kentucky, Lexington and Bowling Green. We had 5 players on the All-tournament team, including MVP goalie Cameron Freidrich. It was a special group.
