Really nice, Karina. You've taken Harsh's words even more literal with this shot and yesterday's. Love the simplicity and the treatment on both of them.
On the copyright issue - I think you're confusing copyright and trademarks. An example of copyright infringement would be if Nissan used this image in their advertising without your permission. Not entirely unlikely given some cases where large companies have grabbed photos from online photo sharing sites and used them in advertising without the photographers permission. But what you're questioning here is the display of a company's trademark in your photo. I'm no lawyer but I'm fairly certain you're safe. You are obviously playing off the WORD 'rogue' in this image and not the fact that a Rogue is a Nissan product. There is also little chance for any confusion about whether or not Nissan is somehow endorsing your image, or if you are using the logo to endorse your own similar product. There is a lot to consider in trademark cases but generally you, as a photographer, are safe from infringement cases with photos like this. The Professional Photographer's Legal Handbook, By Nancy E. Wolff, does a good job of explaining the various points. Although all pages are not available online, there is enough there to get you started: http://books.google.com/books?id=VMlIIp34sD0C&lpg=PP1&pg=PA167#v=onepage&q=trademark&f=false
